Beautylook provides the Site to facilitate in-home beauty services and the ability to make an appointment (collectively, with the Site, the “Services”). By using this Platform and/or booking any services you agree to be bound by these terms & condition. Beautylook provides customers with the opportunity to enjoy a range of premium beauty services in the comfort of their own home or workplace. Your Beauty Professional is responsible for providing the Services to you and you have a direct contract between you and the Beauty Professional concerning the provision of Services. This contract does not include us. You and the Beauty Professional are responsible for any taxes arising as a result of the Services.

For quality control purpose, we review applications, conduct interviews, and undertake other checks of Beauty Professionals before to join our platform. We do not and cannot guarantee the accurateness or completeness of such checks, whether conducted by us.

You acknowledge that you use Beauty Professionals at your own risk. When interacting with such Professionals you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons who are unknown to you.

Booking Process

By making an Appointment (booking) through our website or over the phone call, you agree to provide complete, correct, and true information including billing and payment information.

After placing a booking, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. Please note that this does not mean your booking has been accepted. All Bookings are subject to acceptance by availability of slots & beauty professional, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email or call (the ‘Booking Confirmation’). Clients may request a particular beauty professional but beautylook can’t guarantee that they will be available at the request time.

Payment Terms

Prices vary according to type and duration of Service as described on the website. We reserve the right to cancel free promotional Services at any time for any reason Full payment is due upon acceptance of the booked Service. Accepted payment methods are as described on the website. By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. Beautylook reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time. Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items. Details are specified in the promotion If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time by calling and WhatsApp number +91-7703829192 between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or can email at bookings@beautylook.in

Less than 2 hours notice: If you cancel within or less than 2 hours of your confirmed booked appointment time you shall receive only 50% refund for the Service booked.
More than 03 hours notice: Cancellations made before 3 hours of the appointment will be fully refunded.
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 days
If you violate any of the Terms, your permission to use the Services and Website will automatically terminate.
We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments are very important to the beautylook team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 2 hours’ notice for rescheduling of appointment you will not incur any charge.

DISCLAIMER

The terms and conditions mentioned are subject to change based on circumstances. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
